Extra element - Dry Ice

We spoke to George, the lighting technician, and he said that we could use different elements such as smoke machines or dry ice.

My group and I began disussing the use of dry ice. We looked at how dry ice behaves.

Because dry ice sticks to the floor, it could be an extra element that would make the shot interesting; it would also not obscure the shots of singer like a fog machine. Additionally, to construct the flourescent lights maze, we would need cords and different support structures to hold them up. The dry ice could cover all the wiring and apparatuses by covering the floor.

It also reflects light well so we could shine different lights through the dry ice, to add more effects to the shot.

Below is a video of a dry ice machine and all the effects it can create on a set.
